In 2021, after leaving Bumble, I tried to launch my own startup — and failed miserably. My team and I built a decent product, but we were terrible at marketing.

Fast forward a few years. I’m now leading an engineering team focused on growth at Speechify. My team and I build tools for performance marketing, onboarding, international outreach, and SEO. Growth has become my obsession — I consume everything I can find on the topic and try to practice it as much as possible. Purchasing psychology has always fascinated me, and now I have the opportunity to apply it at scale.
