Sometimes you just have one of these days. Things break, technologies decide they’ve had enough. What to do? You go to support. And with all the money our company spends on infrastructure, you’re expected to be treated as a human being at the very least. Not in 2025 though. You have to go through all AI gatekeeping first, which is harder to get through than a casino app’s paywall.
Feels like a fast, reliable and human-based support is bound to become a competitive advantage once again.
